Platform Enablement Product Manager Position

This role combines product management and business analysis, allowing you to shape product requirements that define Kensington's travel technology. You will be instrumental in analyzing business processes, prioritizing requests, and advocating for improved platform design, ensuring that the company's offerings remain competitive and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather business requirements through working sessions
• Document user stories and acceptance criteria for development
• Evaluate and recommend product enhancements and system usage
• Act as the point of contact for technical requests
• Oversee smaller initiatives ensuring timely delivery
Requirements:
• Experience in product management or business analysis roles
• Proficient in writing clear technical and business requirements
• Strong analysis skills with a focus on process improvements
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with CMS and reporting tools
