Position: Senior Analyst in PMO at Zafin

In this senior analyst role, you will support Zafin's management team by providing insights into performance across projects, programs, and portfolios. Expect to maintain reporting accuracy, track financial metrics, and identify risks. Your contributions will directly support decision-making processes and overall project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visibility into project and program performance

• Facilitate governance forums and reporting cadence

• Prepare executive dashboards and trend analyses

• Ensure compliance with project and timesheet reporting

• Track cloud cost trends to optimize Fin Ops reporting

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in PMO

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Knowledge of project management tools like MS Project

• Familiarity with Power BI and Jira

• Excellent communication and time management skills
