Toprepareandadviseonbusinessanalysispolicies,processes,bestpracticesandstandardstopromoteacomprehensiveandconsistentbusinessanalysispracticewiththeclient/cluster,theministryandacrosstheOPS.

• Leadsandconductsbusinessanalysisinordertoassessclient’sbusinessproblems/opportunitiesanddocumentthebusinessrequirementsinsuchawaythattechnologysolutionscanbedetermined.
  
  Appliesre-engineeringconceptstopromotebusinessimprovementsthroughalternative,cost-effectiveservicedeliveryapproaches.
• Leadsandconductsbusinessanalysisatvaryinglevelsofdetail,appropriatetotheprojectandphasesofproject,aligningwithOPSUnified Project Management Methodology ,Enterprise Architecture and Gating Process ,andOPSStandard Systems Development Methodologies .
• Develops strategies,preparesbusinesscasesandcost-benefit analysis,andconductsfeasibilitystudiesforbusinessI&IT initiatives.
• Conductsbusinessmodeling;usecasemodeling;conceptualandlogicaldatamodeling;processanddataflowmodeling;usecasesurveys;businessrulesdefinitionandnon-functionalrequirementsdefinitionforassignedprojects.
• Monitors progress,resolvesproblemsandreportsregularlytoI&ITmanagementandclients’decision makers.
• Developsperformancemeasuresforbusinessanalysisevaluationandconductsfollow-up.

• ProvidesacomprehensiverangeofI&ITbusinessanalysisservicesforclientswithdiversebusinessandtechnologicalneeds.
• Interactswiththebusinessstakeholdersandsubjectmatterexpertstounderstandtheirrequirementsthroughgathering,documenting,andanalyzingbusinessneedsandrequirements.
