Purpose Unlimited is looking for a Senior Product Manager to bring dedicated, full-time leadership to the Digital Assets Squad — owning the roadmap, the figures of merit, and the ship date for a category Purpose is betting its next decade on.

AI handles the operating cadence — surfacing roadmap risk, tracking figures of merit, drafting first-pass user stories and briefs. You handle the judgment — the prioritization call, the trust built with SMEs and cross-functional partners, and the decisions decentralized away from SLT.

• Own the squad's roadmap end-to-end, from digital asset funds through crypto native products
• Define and move the squad's figures of merit, agreed directly with the SLT sponsor
• Run the operating cadence — keeping risk and dependencies visible in Linear
• Decentralize day-to-day decisions away from SLT, reserving their time for genuine strategy

• 7+ years of product management experience owning a roadmap end-to-end in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
• Strong operating discipline — measurable outcomes, tight execution cycles, visible work in tools like Linear
• Excellent cross-functional coordination skills without formal authority
• A bias to decide and act, with the judgment to know what genuinely needs to go up to leadership

This is a newly created role with the mandate to build the operating model for one of Purpose's highest-ambition bets — not execute inside an existing one. You'll work inside the squad, not above it, with real authority to decentralize decisions and real accountability for the numbers.’
