Director of Product Management

Position: Director of Product Management at Caseware
Become Caseware's Director of Product Management and transform our ecosystem strategy. This hybrid role focuses on leading product integration and third-party partnerships in the Fintech space.

Your mission will be to guide Caseware’s ecosystem landscape, overseeing product surface management and the interconnectivity of third-party services. Collaboration with engineering and commercial teams will be key as you design a partner program and define essential integration workflows tailored to customer needs. Your strategic insights will influence the direction the company takes in the competitive financial software market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ecosystem strategy to align with market trends

• Own and communicate the product roadmap for integration

• Establish classification for build, buy, or partner decisions

• Define and manage interoperability standards for products

• Influence partner onboarding and developer support processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in product management, focusing on integrations

• Expertise in API and platform technology standards

• Experience in audit or accounting software is an asset

• Demonstrated leadership in strategic partnerships

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business required
