Associate Consultant in Procurement Operations

Become an integral part of the consulting team as an Associate Procurement Consultant. Your expertise in procurement will support various clients' indirect spend needs while accommodating required business travel.
In this hybrid position, you will oversee competitive bidding processes and analyze client expenditures to develop effective sourcing strategies.

Your role will consist of negotiating contracts, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Collaborate with colleagues to leverage insights for continuous improvement in procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFPs and bids for indirect spend

• Evaluate client spending data for insights

• Build strong relationships with clients and legal teams

• Negotiate terms with suppliers effectively

• Document and analyze savings achieved
Requirements:

• Degree in Business or a related field

• Experience with procurement negotiations and competitive bidding

• Willingness to travel for client engagements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point

• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
