LCBO Operations Analyst - Wholesale Focus

Join the LCBO as an onsite Operations Analyst focused on wholesale programs in Toronto. Utilize analytical skills to enhance operations and bolster relationships with suppliers and customers.

In this role, you will support the operationalization of wholesale initiatives by providing valuable insights and reporting expertise. You'll be an integral part of our Supply Chain & Wholesale area, advising on compliance and efficiency. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for maintaining customer service excellence and executing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reporting on all aspects of wholesale programs

• Build strong, compliant relationships with customers and suppliers

• Operationalize policies and create detailed user documentation

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades

• Collaborate on special projects to improve processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain/Wholesale

• Proficient in complex analysis and reporting

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Experience with MS Power BI and Access
