Hybrid Project Lead in Procurement

Reporting to the Director of Business Services and Procurement, you will lead transformative procurement initiatives and manage daily activities. Your focus will be on ensuring adherence to the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive, enhancing processes, and creating supportive tools for compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct gap analyses and project charters to drive improvements

• Develop standardized procedures and documentation practices

• Draft policies to align with BPS and sector standards

• Create compliance dashboards and monitoring tools

• Engage stakeholders to support training and communications
Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or similar field

• At least five years of experience in public sector procurement

• Background in BPS compliance and project management

• Proficient in developing policies and frameworks

• Excellent communication and teamwork competencies
