Client Insights and Relations Analyst

Enhance client engagement and strategy as a Client Relations Analyst. Analyze client feedback to support business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities for the firm.
This position involves working closely with the Client Relationship Partner and various teams to optimize client management. You'll capture and synthesize data, handle client interviews, and collaborate to inform strategic growth decisions through a comprehensive understanding of client needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and summarize client feedback to identify growth trends

• Collaborate with business and industry groups to boost client relations

• Conduct research on competitors and produce insightful reports

• Support business plans for key practices and industries

• Manage follow-ups on client interview outcomes
Requirements:

• At least 3 years in client relations or marketing

• Experience with analytics platforms like Inter Action and 3E

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

• Excellent note-taking and communication abilities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background
