Director of Velocity Program Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end portfolio onboarding experiences

• Build strong relationships with founders for ongoing support

• Ensure ongoing founder satisfaction through feedback collection

• Maintain data systems and reporting infrastructure

• Support budget management for Velocity operations

Requirements:

• 7-10 years in operations or program management

• Proven experience in high-growth tech or VC context

• Strong organizational skills and process development

• Exceptional communication with stakeholders

• Experience in producing executive-quality reports
