As a full-time Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Investigative Services, focusing on office efficiency and program execution like the Property Permit Program.
Your role will encompass payroll administration, invoice verification, and data analysis, playing a key part in the support of departmental functions. Strong communication skills and analytical abilities are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer programs related to non-employee transportation
• Prepare, process, and verify departmental documents
• Monitor budgeted expenses and departmental expenditures
• Research and analyze operational statistics
• Engage actively in the TTC’s Customer Service Ambassador Program
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Well-developed organizational and analytical capabilities
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and related software
• Experience with confidential operational matters
• Effective project coordination skills
