OLG Business Consultant Position

Join OLG as a Business Consultant, where your analytical skills will drive technology solutions in the gaming sector. Engage with stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies.

Your role involves leading business analysis sessions to uncover needs and define workflows. With at least three years of relevant experience, you will create impactful artifacts while developing a deep understanding of our strategic goals. You'll track performance metrics and ensure successful product rollouts, acting as a change agent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering

• Create business analysis documentation for product support

• Identify and mitigate risks during implementation

• Collaborate with Product Owners on system performance

• Break down development work for agile teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields

• At least three years as a Business Analyst

• Prior experience in digital environments preferred

• Knowledge of Kanbanize and JIRA

• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
