Consultant in Indigenous Community Consulting

As part of MNP's Indigenous Consulting Services team, you will work collaboratively with a diverse group of clients across Canada. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, project management, and delivering impactful consulting solutions to Indigenous peoples and organizations. You'll have the opportunity to mentor junior team members while enhancing community relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Propose and plan consulting engagements focused on strategy
• Conduct research, interviews, and surveys for client needs
• Provide actionable insights through thorough data analysis
• Develop high-quality deliverables like reports and presentations
• Participate in business development and proposal efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of consulting experience
• Familiarity with Indigenous communities preferred
• Bachelor's or master’s in business, political science, or similar
• Strong project management and communication skills
• CMC, PMP, or related certifications advantageous
