Manager, Business Enablement
Position Overview
The Manager, Business Enablement is a hands-on, cross-functional business partner who translates organizational priorities and operational needs into practical solutions, improved processes, clear business requirements, and coordinated implementation plans.
Operating within the Organizational Alignment function, this role connects Operations, business stakeholders, technology teams, and support functions to improve how work gets done and enable consistent execution across field and support-office teams. The Manager combines business analysis, process improvement, organizational readiness, SharePoint and digital enablement expertise, and initiative leadership to help move work effectively from business need through implementation and sustainment.
This is an individual-contributor Manager role that independently leads assigned business enablement initiatives and cross-functional workstreams. The Manager works through influence rather than authority, brings structure to ambiguous business problems, develops practical recommendations, drives execution, and escalates material decisions, risks, or resource needs as appropriate.
