You will provide oversight across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring governance standards, resource allocation, budget controls, and delivery objectives are met while supporting Project Managers and executive stakeholders.

Portfolio Governance & Project Delivery
- Provide oversight across a portfolio of technology and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure projects adhere to PMO governance, project management standards, budgets, schedules, and delivery objectives.
- Review project plans, risks, status reports, and key project deliverables.
- Support executive reporting, portfolio reviews, and governance activities.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Act as an escalation point for project delivery challenges and drive issue resolution.
- Monitor resource capacity, project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Support prioritization of initiatives to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Support implementation planning, operational readiness, and major project deployments.
- Maintain portfolio schedules, key milestones, and project communications.
- Ensure stakeholders have visibility into upcoming activities and operational impacts.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing IT projects, programs, or portfolios.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects in complex operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, project delivery, resource management, budget management, executive reporting, and risk management.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- PMP, Agile, or related project management certification is considered an asset.
- Experience in transportation, airport operations, critical infrastructure, or baggage handling systems is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
