Project Control Officer

Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking Project Control Officers for 6-month contract opportunities, with strong potential for extension or conversion.

*** This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 2 days per week (typically Wednesday, Friday, and every fourth Friday, subject to change) at the downtown Toronto office

The role supports a high-visibility enterprise platform transformation, focusing on program governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams.

The Key Responsibilities include the following;

Support program governance through maintenance of key artifacts and documentation

Manage and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams

The Must-Have skills are;

Strong experience managing program financials (accruals, forecasting, reporting, invoicing)

Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presentations

Proven ability to support large-scale programs with multiple workstreams

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point

The Nice-to-Have skills include;

Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, or similar tools

Exposure to tools such as Jira or Power BI

Experience working within large enterprise environments
