Lead SKU Lifecycle Management with Hello Fresh's Meal Kit Ingredient Development team in Toronto, ON. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability of the product catalog across North America.
In this high-ownership role, you will oversee SKU onboarding and offboarding, maintaining master data integrity while acting as the key liaison for diverse teams including Procurement and Culinary. Your strong attention to detail and systematic mindset will help build processes that avert errors in data management and improve cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end SKU onboarding and offboarding in North America
• Lead Private Label workflows from request to sign-off
• Maintain master data accuracy for supply planning tools
• Act as primary contact for SKU lifecycle inquiries
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Detail-oriented with strong data validation skills
• Understanding of upstream data implications in systems
• Clear communicator for various stakeholder engagement
• Entrepreneurial mindset for process development
• Calm under pressure handling multiple projects
