UHN Data & Analytics supports UHN in data-driven decisions, data literacy, performance improvement, data governance, data infrastructure/tools, advanced analytics, and automation.
The Senior Manager, Clinical Programs, Process & Performance Improvement (CPPPI), role plays a dual leadership role in UHN Data & Analytics. The position serves as a dedicated Data & Analytics partner to clinical programs, helping leaders translate insight into action and achieve measurable performance outcomes. Simultaneously, the role advances UHN's enterprise improvement capability by building the methods, systems, skills, and culture required to sustain continuous improvement across the organization.
Duties- Serve as the senior Data & Analytics partner for assigned clinical programs, building trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to advance strategic and operational priorities.
