Our goal is to empower our customers to create transformative AI and ML solutions off data that they securely store in our compliant data platform, to create new and innovative experiences for their customers - all while helping to accelerate RBC's AI digital transformation.
As a Senior Director of Product Management, you'll get a chance to build and lead RBC's flagship AI product RBC Assist and partner with enterprise teams to use and continuously improve our services. You will be responsible for defining and delivering products that solve high-impact business problems and driving the strategic product roadmaps for your portfolio with the support of the engineering, advisory and research teams.
You will lead a team of well-established Product Managers who will be responsible for different areas of the product. You will be responsible for bringing those areas together in a cohesive product strategy.
Product Development:
Help the team define the ‘what’ and ‘why’ the platform should build, and what business and user problems they will solve;
Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to derive insights to inform product strategy and planning;
Develop product collateral and materials including product site, product roadmap, and product brochures
Work closely with teams to own and execute the product vision and roadmap for your areas of the platform
Define and track product OKRs and KPIs, and drive the team to achieve them
Drive growth and consumption of the platform through the product to achieve our overall product KPIs
