* * their academic studies at a post-secondary institution (university/college) and must be returning to school after completion of their work term with Quad Real.  If you are a student registered in an official co-op program at your post-secondary institution and completion of a final work term is a mandatory component for you to graduate, you are eligible to apply with the understanding that you will leave Quad Real at the end of your work term or have the possibility to be considered for full-time opportunities.
* Based in Toronto, the Co-op/Intern, Communications, will report to the Director, Employee Communications and Engagement. The role will assist Quad Real’s internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational and time management skills, ready to take initiative, make connections, and steward relationships.

** What You Will

Experience:

*** Support creation of communication materials and other documents related to corporate communications and employee engagement for Quad Real’s intranet and other internal tools
* Provide content and creative support for select virtual and in-person events, including photography and video
* Contribute innovative ideas and solutions that drive employee engagement
* Provide administrative support to the Communications team
* Perform other related duties as assigned
** What You Will Bring:
*** Currently enrolled in an academic program in a related field
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and competent in building and handling data sets
* Excellent written communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages
