Rate: $45,000 to $50,000 – determined based on level of experience

A top shelf production company specializing in highly branded short films, colloquially referred to as “commercials”. We are looking to add an In-House Production Coordinator to our team! This entry-level position is an awesome way to get your foot‑in‑the‑door for those interested in a career in the commercial film industry. The person who would thrive in this role would have their wits about them, is resourceful, no problem too big, no detail too small, finds joy in getting a team to the start line, understands urgency, but can also have fun!

• Support Executive Producer in day‑to‑day tasks.
• Research in support of project pitches and bids (scouting, vendor quoting, coordinating crew, equipment holds, talent estimates, breaking down scripts, etc).
• Play a role in every job from pitch to prep to award to wrap – maintaining production materials, liaising with active production, coordinating travel, immigration paperwork for cast & crew traveling in.
• Maintain a presentable production office space, coordinate and prep for calls, meetings and lunches.
• Shared general office duties:
  Fed Ex shipments, couriers, drop offs/pick‑ups, filing, petty cash, booking office spaces, etc.

• Strong written and interpersonal skills.
• An ability to multi‑task and work in a high‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with Mac computers, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Canva, Dropbox and Google Drive.
• A passion for film, television, photography, social media and TV commercials.
• Valid Ontario Full G or G2 driver’s license required.
• Canadian PR or Canadian Citizenship required.
• 2x references.
