We are looking for a Producer to join our Production team for a 1‑year maternity leave contract coverage. The role supports social‑led campaigns, activations and editorial content across multiple departments, including in‑office (hybrid) and on‑set production duties such as managing budgets, creating call sheets, booking equipment, purchasing props and supporting the crew on‑set.

• Help execute shoots, events and other project work across socially‑led and integrated campaigns.
• Manage a variety of production types, from organic social content to full productions with external partners.
• Develop ballparks, estimates and production workflows (timelines, QA and shipping).
• Communicate daily with creatives, accounts and external crew.
• Ensure contracts, releases and invoices are filed, and update internal status documents.
• Keep production timelines on track.
• Support crew & vendor outreach during pre‑production.
• Create and distribute call sheets, shot lists and pre‑production books.
• Assist with pick‑ups and returns of props, equipment and talent.
• Act as an extra pair of hands on‑set when needed.
• Collaborate with WAS Project Managers on overlapping projects.
• Reconcile with Finance and Operations.

• 3–4 years production experience as a producer in an agency or production house.
• Passion for culture, creativity, art, social media and organisation.
• Experience managing brand content, digital, social, print, video and event deliverables.
• Knowledge of line production, work with and without a production house.
• Proactive can‑do attitude and works well under tight timelines.
• Strong financial sense and ability to stay on top of budgets.
• Understand digital/social agency turnaround times and processes.
• Full G‑Driver’s licence required.
