Job Description # Senior Content Producer
* Senior‑level production experience within an advertising agency environment.
* Proven on‑set and off‑set production management experience.
* Strong budgeting and financial oversight capabilities for full‑scale creative projects.
* Experience with production contracting and vendor/talent agreements.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate and contract on‑camera talent.
* Solid understanding of post‑production processes and workflows.
* Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget across video, audio, or experiential formats.
* Experience producing branded content for multidisciplinary campaigns.
* Background working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative studio or innovation lab environment.
* Familiarity with emerging production technologies, workflows, and creative problem‑solving approaches.
* Ability to travel for production needs.
