We’re looking for a Digital Content Creator who lives and breathes visual storytelling and can translate the magic of our food, events, and brand into scroll‑stopping content.

The Role

As Digital Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for ideating, creating, editing, and publishing high‑quality digital content across Elle Cuisine’s platforms. You’ll be on the ground at events, in the kitchen, and behind the scenes — capturing moments, telling stories, and helping grow our brand presence and engagement.

This role blends creative vision + hands‑on execution. You should be equally comfortable shooting content, editing it yourself, and thinking strategically about what performs and why.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Production
  • Capture photo and video content at events, tastings, shoots, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
  • Create short‑form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, You Tube, website) aligned with brand voice and trends.
  • Edit content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, website, You Tube, Mailchimp).
  • Maintain a consistent, elevated visual aesthetic that reflects the Elle Cuisine brand.
Content Strategy & Planning
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to plan content calendars.
  • Pitch creative ideas for campaigns, launches, seasonal moments, and brand storytelling.
  • Identify trends and opportunities relevant to food, events, lifestyle, and luxury hospitality.
  • Work closely with CEO and CFO to develop digital ad spend budgets and strategies, ensuring measurable ROI.
Social Media & Digital Ads
  • Manage day‑to‑day social posting and engagement.
  • Lead caption writing and storytelling.
  • Improve engagement & grow following across platforms.
  • Track performance and help optimize content based on insights.
Brand & Asset Management
  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Support occasional photoshoots or larger brand campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4+ years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong photo and video skills (shooting + editing).
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Microsoft, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, Cap Cut, Canva, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok (formats, trends, best practices).
  • Strong aesthetic eye — food, lifestyle, and luxury content experience is a major plus.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, real‑world environments (events aren’t always tidy or quiet).
  • Organized, self‑directed, and detail‑oriented.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, design, and storytelling.
  • Must have a valid G driver’s license.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in food, events, hospitality, or luxury brands.
  • Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
  • Copywriting or caption‑writing confidence.
  • Analytics or performance tracking experience.
