SENIOR CONTENT PRODUCER

We are seeking a Senior Content Producer responsible for end‑to‑end creative production of custom campaign assets, including ideation, production management, finishing, and final delivery. This role oversees full‑scale campaign and pitch production, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. The position operates within a highly collaborative, innovative environment that produces a wide variety of branded content across video, audio, digital, and experiential formats.

Some production‑related travel may be required.

Terms

6-month contract

On-site in Toronto, ON

$105/hour

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end production of custom campaign assets, from concept development through delivery.

Scope production projects including preliminary budgeting, feasibility assessment, logistics planning, and vendor resourcing.

Manage full campaign and pitch schedules, budgets, and production workflows.

Oversee on‑set and off‑set production activities, ensuring creative integrity and operational efficiency.

Identify and contract production partners, vendors, studios, and talent as needed.

Conduct negotiations and manage contracts for on‑camera talent.

Guide the post‑production process, including timelines, deliverables, and quality control.

Provide alternate production solutions to meet creative, budgetary, or timeline constraints.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑style environment.

Support efforts to win new project work by contributing to scoping, planning, and creative pitching.

Must-haves

Senior‑level production experience within an advertising agency environment.

Proven on‑set and off‑set production management experience.

Strong budgeting and financial oversight capabilities for full‑scale creative projects.

Experience with production contracting and vendor/talent agreements.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and contract on‑camera talent.

Solid understanding of post‑production processes and workflows.

Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget across video, audio, or experiential formats.

Nice-to-haves

Experience producing branded content for multidisciplinary campaigns.

Background working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative studio or innovation lab environment.

Familiarity with emerging production technologies, workflows, and creative problem‑solving approaches.

Ability to travel for production needs.
