Job Description:
- Lead studio AV operations including live switcher operation for broadcasts, podcasts, and video productions.
- Provide technical guidance to AV technicians.
- Maintain quality control for all audio and video outputs.
- Troubleshoot AV equipment and coordinate with building AV teams.
- Support live and recorded events technically.
- Lead broadcasts for key spokespeople across BNN, MS Teams, Zoom.
- Recommend best practices for AV production.

Must Have Requirement:
- Experience operating live video switchers, executing real-time transitions, graphics, and cues.
- Proficiency with audio mixing boards, studio lighting, camera operation, and control room workflows.
- Experience supporting virtual and hybrid productions (Zoom, MS Teams) with real-time troubleshooting.
- Strong AV/IT and signal flow troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to maintain broadcast-quality standards under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Video editing & post-production (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Photography for events/social media.
- Digital content creation & storytelling.
- Bilingual (English/French).
- Event coordination experience.
- Experience mentoring or training staff.
