Job Description
LG2 is looking for an Art Director to develop groundbreaking concepts that redefine the standard for our clients. In this role, you will find fresh forms of storytelling and bring concepts to life with world-class visual craft, regardless of the medium. As an Art Director, you will contribute to LG2’s globally celebrated creative product by leading every stage of the process, from the initial brief to final production, while mentoring the next generation of creative talent.
Responsibilities- Develop original creative solutions and lead the execution of major, fully-integrated campaigns across film, OOH, digital, and social platforms.
- Push the boundaries of brand creativity to deliver sharp, PR-worthy work that elevates the agency’s global creative reputation.
- Direct photographers, illustrators, designers, and production teams to ensure campaign elements are executed with uncompromising quality.
- Present work with clarity and conviction, reflecting the deep strategic thoughtfulness behind every creative endeavor.
- Supervise and inspire the contributions of junior creatives, fostering their professional growth and creative output.
- Act as a strategic thinker who can engage effectively with diverse disciplines to solve complex communication challenges.
- Contribute to new business initiatives by leading creative development for high-impact pitches and opportunities.
- Ability to multitask with ease and direct projects effectively within a fast-paced, high-pressure creative environment.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations in a positive, proactive, and professional manner.
- An exuberant work ethic paired with obsessive attention to detail—from color systems and kerning to strict brand guideline adherence.
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with modern design tools like Sketch.
- A seasoned background in design, art direction, and conceptual thinking that allows for rapid, high-level ideation.
