About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Producer with a strong foundation in live experience (experiential, live shows, screenings & red carpets, media/influencer events). As part of Makers Live Experience, you will help bring events and in-person moments to life, from planning to on-the-ground execution. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, people-focused environments. You’ll support the creation of engaging, seamless experiences by collaborating with team members, managing details in real time, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and vision of Makers.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning and execution of live events and experiences
• Assist with on-site setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all participants and guests
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and adapt in real time
  
  Help manage logistics, timelines, and event details
• Contribute ideas to improve and elevate future experiences

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in live experiences
• Around 5+ years of experience is ideal, but if you’re confident in your abilities, we’d still love to hear from you
• A curious mindset, a solutions-oriented approach, and a commitment to creativity and high-quality work
• A collaborative spirit, with a passion for mentorship and building strong relationships with clients and partners
• A proven ability to lead projects from initial scope through to successful delivery
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, you’re the one people trust to plan and keep things on track
• A passion for how things get made
