Event Producer

Our client is looking for an Event Producer to help plan and run in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events. You’ll handle logistics, vendors, tech setup, attendee registration, and post‑event reporting. If you’re organized, great with event platforms, and comfortable both behind the scenes and on‑site, you’ll fit right in.

Rate: $30–35/hr (T4)

Location:

Downtown Toronto — on‑site 3–4x/month

Start:
Early July 202

• Run event logistics from timelines to on‑site coordination.
• Manage registration using tools like Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Work with vendors—venues, AV, catering, production team.
• Help with event marketing (email, paid social, landing pages).
• Use CRM + automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Hub Spot.
• Coordinate sponsors and exhibitors including booth logistics and deliverables.
• Handle lead capture and ensure clean handoff to Sales.
• Track budgets, invoices, and event spend.
• Create event assets with Adobe Suite or creative team.
• Report on event performance using analytics tools.
• Use project management tools like Asana or Trello.
• Provide on‑site support and troubleshoot issues during event.

• 2–5 years in event coordination or marketing.
• Experience with event platforms (Hopin, Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite). Comfortable running virtual events (Zoom, ON24, Web Ex).
• Familiar with Salesforce + at least one automation tool (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hub Spot).
• Knowledge of email marketing, social media tools, and paid social.
• Experience with sponsors/exhibitors and lead retrieval systems.
• Strong vendor management and budgeting skills.
• Bonus: experience with Tableau or Power BI for reporting.
