At Pheed Loop, a thriving software company based in Toronto, you will play a critical role in refining and enhancing user engagement within our event technology platform. This full-time, in-person position offers you the chance to collaborate with product and engineering teams, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototyping designs in Figma. You'll be integral to developing a scalable design system and implementing feedback to improve usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user flows, wireframes, and UI designs using Figma

• Gradually take ownership of the design system and component library

• Provide clean, ready-to-develop design files for engineers

• Analyze and improve UX through user feedback

• Keep design documentation organized and detailed

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in UI/UX or product design

• High proficiency in Figma, focusing on components and layouts

• Strong understanding of usability principles

• Excellent communication of design rationale

• Detail-oriented with a passion for teamwork
