You'll take charge of producing engaging content that highlights employee stories and business progress among teams in Canada and the U.S. Working in tandem with the Director of Communications, you will contribute to internal campaigns and ensure Our House remains a vibrant resource for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create meaningful internal articles that resonate with staff

• Lead communications campaigns from idea to deployment

• Serve as an updater for content on Our House

• Manage employer branding on Linked In effectively

• Transform media coverage into actionable insights for executives
Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Communications, Journalism, or similar

• Over 3 years of proven internal communications experience

• Strong adaptability in writing styles

• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude

• Proficient in using analytics for strategic decisions
