3D Animator

We're seeking a skilled 3D Animator & Compositor to create high-quality motion content for digital campaigns, social media, and broadcast. This role combines creative storytelling with technical expertise in animation, compositing, and motion design.

• Animate 3D assets for campaigns, advertising, and digital content.
• Composite multi-pass 3D renders with live-action footage and motion graphics.
• Build and maintain efficient After Effects workflows and templates.
• Collaborate with 3D artists and creative teams to deliver polished final work.
• Manage colour grading, clean-up, and final outputs across multiple formats.

• 4–8 years of experience in animation and compositing.
• Advanced After Effects and strong Cinema 4D skills.
• Experience with multi-pass compositing workflows, EXRs, AOVs, and Redshift (or similar)
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and compositing work.

• Have Experience with Unreal Engine, Notch, Touch Designer, Nuke, Fusion, or Flame.
• Character animation, performance capture, or audio-driven motion experience.
• Familiarity with web animation formats (Lottie, GSAP, CSS) and tracking tools such as Mocha.
