Position: Experienced Audiobook Producer Wanted
Transform narratives into audio books as an Experienced Audiobook Producer at Penguin Random House Canada in Toronto. This role blends creativity with rigorous project management, requiring in-office work three days a week.

On a 15-month contract, you’ll be integral to producing around 50 audio books annually. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from casting to final file delivery. Collaborate with a variety of professionals to ensure projects meet high creative and technical standards while being mindful of budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and oversee 50 audiobook titles yearly

• Coordinate logistics and production timelines efficiently

• Make casting decisions aligned with creative vision

• Maintain strong partnerships across the production team

• Monitor and advise on production quality control

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of production-related experience

• Insight into audiobook industry and workflows

• Proven multitasking skills in high-pressure environments

• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with technology tools and software
