Become a Media Asset Technician at Blue Ant Media in Toronto, where you will apply your organizational skills to manage diverse digital media assets. This hybrid position requires you to work onsite for at least three days each week.
In this fulfilling role, you will support the Media Services department by ensuring the quality and consistency of media libraries. Your primary responsibilities will involve cataloging, analyzing video and audio files, and adhering to quality assurance protocols under the supervision of the Manager of Media Services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Catalog and maintain media library organization
• Conduct analysis on video and audio files
• Ensure high quality through detailed assurance processes
• Carry out LTO archive and retrieval functions
• Support post-production activities as needed
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Broadcast Media or Film Production
• Minimum of 2 years experience in related settings
• Deep knowledge of media formats and broadcast standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
