Bright North Studios Production Coordinator

Bright North Studios seeks a skilled Production Coordinator for an upcoming hockey series. Help manage logistics and ensure seamless production flow through contract work from June to October 2026.

In this role, you will coordinate production logistics, support vendor outreach, and facilitate effective communication among team members. Your experience in a production environment will aid in managing fast-paced changes while delivering a high level of organization and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel, scheduling, and gear logistics

• Assist with vendor outreach and bookings

• Facilitate day-to-day team communications

• Maintain organized records and production sheets

• Offer on-set support during filming days

Requirements:

• Experience in production settings or on-set roles

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving production landscape

• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to duties

• Knowledge of hockey or sports is advantageous
