Content System Designer at BMO

Shape BMO’s digital content experiences as a Senior Content System Designer. Lead the creation of content standards, ensuring scalable and accessible digital experiences through powerful collaboration.

As part of the Design System team, you will focus on developing reusable content patterns, defining voice and tone, and implementing microcopy libraries. This role requires strong knowledge in content design and UX writing, ideally suited for candidates familiar with design systems and Content Ops. Your expertise will help maintain consistency across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define voice and tone for BMO digital experiences

• Develop reusable content patterns and systems

• Conduct user research and usability testing for content

• Create content governance and workflow management documentation

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in content design

• Proficient in technology graphic tools and technical writing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in Agile delivery and design thinking

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
