Events and Education Lead at Eataly

Elevate Eataly Toronto's guest experience as the Events and Education Lead in this full-time role. Focus on engaging customers through exceptional events and educational opportunities!

You will enthusiastically lead all aspects of various events, collaborating with staff across multiple Eataly locations. Your core responsibilities include managing events like cooking classes and tastings, ensuring quality execution, and assisting in creating promotional materials. Eataly is dedicated to educating guests about Italian culture and food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of food and wine education events

• Supervise staff to ensure seamless event operations

• Create and manage event registrations on Eventbrite

• Handle food and beverage orders for events

• Collaborate across departments to ensure event success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in event operations

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
