Design Director

We’re looking for a Design Director to lead and elevate the visual output across all client work. This role is equal parts maker and leader—someone who can craft exceptional design while guiding a team to do the same.

You’ll shape creative direction, push the quality of work, and translate strategy into compelling, beautifully executed ideas.

What You’ll Do

Lead design across brand, campaign, and digital projects from concept to execution

Define and uphold a high standard of visual craft and creative excellence

Translate strategic insights into strong, ownable visual ideas and systems

Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Account teams

Provide clear direction and mentorship to designers

Refine and elevate work through hands‑on involvement and feedback

Present work confidently to clients and stakeholders

Champion design thinking and innovation within the agency

What You Bring

6–10+ years of experience in design, with agency experience preferred

A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and digital work

Exceptional craft across typography, layout, and visual storytelling

Strong conceptual thinking and taste level

Confidence in presenting and articulating design decisions

Experience leading or mentoring designers

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (motion and prototyping tools a plus)

Nice to Have

Motion, 3D, or interactive experience

Experience building brands from the ground up

Interest in culture, trends, and emerging creative tools

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $155,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs.
