Position: Cineflix Senior Producer - Digital Content
Join Cineflix Media as a Senior Producer in the innovative Digital Originals Studio. This role is pivotal in bringing engaging digital-first content to platforms such as You Tube and FAST.

As the first key creative member, you will oversee the entire content creation process from idea generation to successful publication. This hands-on position entails a variety of tasks including pitching, writing, producing, and supervising post-production on high-impact digital content. You'll partner with the Digital and Rights teams to use analytics for optimizing performance and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive content from concept through publication

• Create scalable formats that perform well on You Tube

• Shape narratives with a focus on audience retention

• Work closely with data teams for content refinement

• Collaborate with post and AI teams to enhance production quality

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in producing digital-first projects

• Proven end-to-end project ownership

• Strong You Tube performance instinct

• Multi-skilled in production, writing, and post

• Ability to work on lean budgets and deliver quality
