Background
Canada’s fastest growing full-service Performance Marketing Agency, located in Toronto’s historic Distillery District, is looking to fill a full time, Traffic Coordinator role .  This role will allow an individual to develop in-depth knowledge of the direct response to the media market.

Position Summary
The role will assist the Traffic Manager with managing all traffic-related duties. This includes working with other departments to ensure successful creative launches, contracts, and will ensure traffic instructions match the traffic at the stations.

Responsibilities

• Submit creative and scripts for approval.

• Communicate with stations regarding contracts, plans, creative changes, and contract discrepancies.

• Send traffic instructions and revised as requested by managers or stations.

• Send and manage Dub requests.

• Asist Senior Management Team with account and client management to ensure deliverables are met.

• Placing test calls for 1-800 numbers.

• Assist other team members as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

· Post secondary education (Advertising/Media background is an asset)

Experience:

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications with strength in Excel

· Proven data entry experience
Previous experience working within a computer database.

Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced/deadline sensitive work environment.
Flexible and adaptable to meet the requirements of our evolving business needs.

· Comfort with working extra hours.

Compensation
Kingstar Media offers a highly competitive compensation package including medical benefits, vacation time off, stat holidays off, summer hours, work anniversaries off, and birthdays off! Salary is $45k annually.
