Position: Graphic Designer for Signage Productions

In this contract position, you'll work with the Marketing Design team, contributing approximately 15–20 hours weekly, with more during peak production periods. Your organizational skills and production quality will shine as you create impactful digital and physical event materials, supporting seamless execution throughout the event lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design event signage and presentation assets

• Version creative assets for multiple applications

• Ensure print-ready digital production files meet standards

• Collaborate with teams for timely deliveries

• Maintain organized production files across projects

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in graphic or event design

• Strong visual consistency and detail orientation

• Familiarity with brand systems and templates

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with large-format print production a plus
