Reporting to the Director of Product, we are looking for a Product Designer. As our new Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life through research, prototyping, and high‑fidelity design. You will play a key role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with business goals while advocating for user needs.

From wire framing and interaction design to usability testing and iterative improvements, you will help create seamless digital experiences that delight our users and drive business impact.

This is a hybrid opportunity, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on‑site in our downtown Toronto office. Our headquarters are located within minutes of St. Andrew and Union subway stations.

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process. You will own the full product design lifecycle—from concept to execution—ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience. As part of a dedicated product pod, you will collaborate cross‑functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, anticipating design needs, and ensuring that user insights drive decision‑making.
