As a Junior Designer, you will collaborate with the Paper Design team, developing impactful graphics while adhering to budget and timelines. This role requires an understanding of typography and design principles, alongside proficiency in Adobe software. Your work will support various collections, ensuring they meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative graphics from concept to final products

• Create technical specs for vendor development

• Manage the sampling process for quality assurance

• Collaborate closely with merchant and sourcing teams

• Monitor design trends and integrate them into projects

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in graphic design

• Minimum 2-3 years in a creative environment

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
