As the Creative Producer, you will work closely with the Show runner and production team to create high-quality You Tube episodes. You'll lead all phases of video production, from ideation to editing, ensuring each story resonates with audiences. Collaborating efficiently in this hybrid setting, your focus will also be on problem-solving and integrating feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Show runner on engaging episode production

• Lead all phases from pre-production to post-production

• Solve creative and technical issues as they arise

• Implement feedback from the Show runner effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years in You Tube content creation and digital media

• Passionate about science and original ideas

• Proven ability in crafting long-form storytelling

• Data-driven approach to audience engagement

• Familiarity with AI production tools and Adobe Suite
