Position: Hybrid Senior Interactive Designer Role
Become a vital part of DEPT® as a Senior Interactive Designer in a hybrid position based in Toronto. Specialize in developing advanced AI-driven design systems and impactful user experiences.

You will collaborate with the Global Studios team to create digital experiences that exemplify exceptional craftsmanship. This role entails overseeing design cycles from concept to final delivery while developing motion-based prototypes that establish interaction norms. Engaging in mentorship and leading client workshops will help elevate the design quality across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable systems for AI-driven product solutions

• Create seamless visual systems merging brand and user experience

• Develop motion-based prototypes for interaction patterns

• Fully own design projects through to delivery

• Mentor design team members and facilitate workshops

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years digital design experience, agency background preferred

• Portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and UI design capabilities

• Highly proficient in Figma and design framework development

• Experience with motion design in After Effects or Lottie

• Strong communication skills for client interactions and team work
