Motion Designer

Location: Toronto, ON (onsite)

Salary: $60,000~70,000

Bonus: Maximum 50% per annum

Motion Designer - Paid Marketing Content Development. The role focuses on creating engaging, platform‑native static and video creatives for paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, etc.

• Design and produce motion graphics, animated sequences, and branded templates for paid marketing.
• Create platform‑appropriate versions for social distribution, handling formatting, pacing, captions, and on‑screen text.
• Lead selected AI‑based video and image generation projects when required.
• Work from briefs, timestamps, and formats with minimal back‑and‑forth.
• Deliver content on schedule while maintaining GGPoker Casino brand standards.

• Basic knowledge of iCasino to confidently analyze and edit content for the target audience.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, including expressions, animation principles, and reusable template building.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• 3+ years of experience editing social content in a brand or agency environment while maintaining brand standards.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video, including pacing, hooks, and retention.
• Ability to turn basic gameplay into cinematic, motion‑driven short‑form content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video creation and image generation (e.g., Google Labs, ChatGPT, or similar).

• Video editor and motion designer, not just a one‑dimensional editor.
• Creative and proactive, producing fresh, non‑generic content.
• Strong attention to detail and overall pacing.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast‑moving environment.
• Continues to learn and adapt to a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
