The Royal Conservatory is seeking a friendly part-time Usher for its iconic Koerner Hall. This role allows you to enjoy diverse concerts from classical to pop while providing exceptional service. Ushers will work two to three shifts weekly, requiring evening and Sunday availability to accommodate events. Experience in the performing arts is a plus, and your role impacts audience satisfaction directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary patron service at the TELUS Centre

• Perform ticket scanning and seating arrangements

• Manage patron traffic for safety and efficiency

• Resolve patron dissatisfaction professionally
