Reporting to the Manager of Campus Events, you will oversee day-to-day logistics and ensure high-quality service delivery for numerous events. Use your hospitality experience to effectively communicate with clients, assist in event planning, and manage vendor relations for a seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage delivery of conference services across venues
• Act as the main point of contact for events
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Develop proposals and contracts in line with guidelines
• Supervise setup and tear down for events to maintain standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Three years in a hotel or convention center
• Knowledge of room booking systems, EMS preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Excellent time management for managing multiple tasks
