House & Home Media is Canada’s leading independent media company, specializing in home and lifestyle content. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Creative Services Manager working from our midtown Toronto office.

The Creative Services Manager’s primary role is to lead, develop and execute unique concepts for custom content and proposals. This client‑driven sponsored content exists across all House & Home Media platforms: print, digital, social and experiential events. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working closely with brands and advertisers, digital marketing and editorial teams. Organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating great content is a must.

An appreciation for the House & Home brand and an interest in home design and lifestyle trends are essential.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an established media, publishing or creative agency
  • Excellent communication skills with strong customer service and presentation skills, as well as solid writing abilities
  • Experience strategizing, developing and project managing custom content campaigns, working directly with clients, agency and PR stakeholders from a variety of categories
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; must have great attention to detail and be able to prioritize assignments and multi‑task
  • Excellent communication, positive attitude and a proactive collaborator who enjoys working in a fast‑paced team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Word Press on a Mac platform
  • Knowledge of the print production process and digital content publishing
  • Experience in home, food, beauty, luxury goods or automotive categories is an asset

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on skills and experience, plus additional group benefits.
