Shape future leaders in digital media with the Digital Media Distribution course at the University of Toronto. Discover and teach emerging business models every Friday from 3-6 pm.
The position involves guiding students through the intricacies of digital media distribution during the Fall 2026 semester. You will create engaging course materials, evaluate assignments, and facilitate discussions on copyright and new technologies. Candidates must possess a graduate degree and relevant industry experience to thrive in this environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish course objectives and design materials
• Communicate course requirements clearly
• Conduct classes as per the predetermined schedule
• Evaluate and grade student assignments accurately
• Offer student consultations outside class hours
Requirements:
• Master’s in Music Technology, Digital Media, or related field
• Experience in cultural industry and copyright laws
• Active artist background in music performance
• Value diversity and inclusive teaching practices
• Knowledge of digital media distribution strategies
